Day 2 (Fri)

Tracking food is so important. No matter how nutritious something is, them calories will sneak up on you. I was trying to get some breakfast from First Watch, which I thought would be easy. NOPE! A breakfast bowl, 800 calories and I could not trust that I would be full anyway. So I ended up just making something myself. Not delicious, but enough. Thankfully, so many restaurants publish their nutrition facts.And if they don’t, this is why I love Chat. I can upload the menu. It remembers what I’m trying to do and it can recommend what would be the best choice and estimate the macros for me. Won’t be perfect, but its something.

I will say the fats are my kryptonite. Everything tasty has fat. Even food doesn’t want me to be fit! I just need to figure out what these macros should be because right now, I’m still not really sure. I’m comfortable with the deficit, but I’m not sure if I can meet my waist measurement goal with this fat ratio.

I like Chat for helping me track my Macros and come up with strategy, but I think I need a separate app that helps me track my food. I don’t like MyFitnessPal, it just feels too tedious.
