103g of Egg Whites (Food Lion)

Garlic, Oregano, and Crush Red Peppers to taste

24g of Hormel Turkey Pepperoni

2 tbsp of Tri-Color Pepper and Onion Medley

1 Mission Carb Balance Taco Tortilla

48g of Rao’s Homemade Pizza Sauce

36g of Kraft Italian Five Cheese

SUPPLIES

8in Round Air Fryer Liner

8in Egg Ring

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the air fryer liner in a large pan and spray lightly with olive oil and put on medium heat

  2. In a bowl, pour the egg whites in a bowl and season to preferred taste

  3. Spray the edges of the egg ring with olive oil

  4. Once the liner is warm, place the egg ring and pour the seasoned egg whites in the ring

  5. Heat up pepperonis and the veggies separately in a pan or together in an air fryer

  6. When the egg whites are 60% set, place the tortilla on top

  7. When the egg whites are fully set, remove the pan from heat

  8. Spread pizza sauce evenly across the tortilla avoiding the edges

  9. Spread cheese evenly across pizza sauce

  10. Spread pepperonis and veggies around tortilla

  11. Remove liner with pizza from pan and place in air fryer set at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for up to five minutes

  12. Remove liner from pizza and place on a plate and cut the pizza into fours or fold the pizza in half and cut in two.
